GP Staff

As GP staff you work for one Gram Panchayat. In SWM you:

• register households and shops in your GP, so they are on the collection list;
• work on complaints your GP Officer gives you, and mark them resolved with what you did.

You use the staff web, on a phone or computer: your Block's address followed by /staff. See Signing in. On a phone, the menu is at the bottom; More opens the rest.

1. Open Complaints: the list opens on Assigned to me. Work on the oldest or most urgent first. How.
2. When you visit homes and shops that are not on the list yet, register them. How.
3. The bell at the top shows Notifications: a new complaint given to you appears there.
