Flags and corrections
How records are questioned and corrected without ever being deleted.
Every operation (intake, segregation, consignment, receipt, processing, off-take, period) is a record with versions. Nothing is deleted.
- A flag is a question about a record, raised by the BDO, a GP Officer or the Block Admin. The facility manager sees it in the field app and responds; the person who raised it closes it, or reopens it with a comment.
- A correction is a new version of a record, made by the facility manager with a reason. The earlier version stays visible in the record's history, and anyone looking at it sees it was corrected.
Records entered more than 14 days after they happened are marked entered late; records from a phone whose clock was ahead are marked too. Neither is refused.
