Changes in each release of SWM.
Field app 0.6.2
- Messages with a number, such as “2 open flags” or “3 records waiting to send”, now show correctly on every phone. Before, some showed a code instead of the text.
- PWM units can finalise every period after their first. Before, checking the balance of a second period said “not valid”.
Field app 0.6.1
- The app tells you when a new version is ready, each time you open it. Update now downloads it.
- “Update required” now downloads the update directly.
- Pop-up sheets no longer hide their last button behind the phone's navigation bar.
October 2026
- Off-takes: PWM units record each output sent or sold (with the amount) to an off-take partner, and rejects discarded. Block Admins add partners with their type, contact and GST number. Reports show what happened to processed waste, with sale amounts.
- Each Block has its own web address, for the citizen portal and the staff web.
- This user guide, in English, Bengali and Hindi, with a picture of every screen.
