Consignments and receipts

How a load is tracked from the SWM unit to the PWM unit, and what happens when amounts differ.

  1. The SWM manager records a consignment when the truck leaves. It gets a number like SBJ1-SWM01-261020-01 (Block, unit, date, sequence). Offline, the app gives a short provisional reference for the slip instead.
  2. The consignment is On the way: the stock has left the SWM unit and is shown at the PWM unit as waiting for receipt.
  3. The PWM manager counts what arrived and confirms the receipt. If the amounts differ, a reason is required, and the consignment is With a difference.
  4. Until it is received, the SWM manager can cancel it; the stock returns.

Consignments on the way for more than 2 days appear on the BDO's overview. Each one is a record that can be questioned and corrected.
