Registrations
How households and shops get on the GP's collection list.
- Who registers: citizens on the portal, GP staff and GP Officers on the staff web, SHG Supervisors in the field app, or the Block Admin by importing a file.
- Who approves: the GP's SHG Supervisors and the Block Admin. Their own entries are approved at once; others wait for review.
- Possible duplicates (same mobile in the GP, or a similar name and address in the ward) are shown side by side. Nothing is rejected automatically.
- A citizen's registration can be sent back with a note; they fix it and send it again. Staff fix their own entries.
- An approved registration can be deactivated (it stays on record) and reactivated. Citizens can ask for a change, which the approver accepts or declines.
