Register households and shops

Add a household or shop in your GP to the registry, and find one that is already there.

The registry is the list of households and establishments your GP serves. What you enter waits for review by the GP's approver (an SHG Supervisor or the Block Admin) before it is approved.

Add a registration

Open Registry and press Add registration.
Choose the type: Household or Establishment (shop, hotel, school, office, stall).
Enter the name (head of the family or the shop's name), the 10-digit mobile number, the ward and the address with a landmark.
Press Save.
The form for registering a household or establishment.

If SWM finds a registration with the same mobile number, or a similar name and address in the ward, it marks the new one as possibly the same. Nothing is rejected automatically: the approver compares them.

The tabs show registrations by status: Waiting for review, Approved, Sent back, Rejected and others. Search by name, mobile number or address.
