Flags and corrections
Answer an officer's question about a record, and correct a record with a reason.
Respond to a flag
When the BDO or a GP Officer questions one of your records, it appears as a flag on your home screen.
Open the flag. Read what the officer asked.
Check the record. If it was wrong, correct it first.
Press Respond, write what you found and press Send.
The officer then closes the flag or reopens it with a comment.
Correct a record
Records are never deleted. To fix a mistake, open the record (home → Records) and press Correct. Change what was wrong and give a reason. The earlier version is kept, and everyone sees the record was corrected.
Records in a finalised period cannot be corrected from the app. Ask your Block office.
