Review registrations

Approve, send back or reject households and shops registered in your GPs.

Registrations entered by GP staff or by citizens wait for you (or the Block Admin) to approve them. The Approvals tab lists them; Change requests lists changes citizens asked for.

Open a registration. Check the type, name, mobile, ward and address.

If SWM shows Possibly already registered, compare: same mobile, or a similar name and address. Check with the family. If they are different households, press Not the same.

Then Approve, Send back to fix (only for citizens' own registrations; say what to fix) or Reject (with a reason).

The citizen gets a WhatsApp message with the decision.
