Register a household or shop in the field
Add a household or shop to your GP's registry from the phone; your entries are approved at once.
On the Approvals tab press Register a household or shop.
Choose Household or Shop or establishment, the GP and ward.
Enter the name, mobile number and address, and press Save.
Because you approve registrations in this GP, yours are approved at once. If SWM finds a possible duplicate, it says so: check it under Approvals.
