Receive a consignment
Confirm what arrived from an SWM unit, and explain any difference.
Waiting for receipt (the Receive tab and the home screen) lists consignments on their way to you.
Open the consignment that arrived. Match its number (or provisional reference) with the truck slip.
For each category, the quantity sent is shown. Enter what you counted under Received here.
If anything differs, write Why is it different? (for example wet plastic discarded at the gate).
Press Confirm receipt.
Truck arrived but not listed?
The SWM unit's phone may not have synced yet. Press Truck arrived but not listed?, enter the reference on the slip and save your receipt on the phone. When the consignment arrives in your list, the app asks you to attach it.
