Onboard a Block

Create a Block with its GPs and invite its first Block Admin.

Onboard a Block walks through four steps.

Block details: the short code (2 to 6 capital letters or digits, for example SHY1; it appears in complaint and consignment numbers and cannot change later), the Block's name in each language, and the district.

Step 1 of onboarding: short code, Block name in three languages and district.

GPs and wards: each GP and its number of wards, typed in or imported from CSV (name_en, name_bn, name_hi, wards). The Block Admin can add more later.

Step 2 of onboarding: GPs and their ward counts, typed in or imported from CSV.

Block Admin: the first Block Admin's name, mobile number and language.

Step 3 of onboarding: the first Block Admin's name, mobile number and language.

Review: check, then Create Block and invite admin. The Block starts in setup.

Step 4 of onboarding: a summary of the new Block before it is created.
