The standard waste categories and outputs for every Block, and the platform's audit log.
Waste catalogue
Waste catalogue lists the waste categories every Block uses, and the recovered output types of PWM processing. Categories never overlap, so totals are never counted twice. Blocks choose which ones they use and which go to the PWM unit.
Audit log
Audit log lists every platform change: Blocks onboarded, statuses changed, Block Admins invited. Viewing cross-Block information is recorded too.
