Log a complaint for a citizen

Enter a complaint for someone who called or came to the GP office, and give them the number.

Open Complaints and press Log a complaint.

Choose the category, the GP and ward (or Not known (the Block will route it)), and a landmark.

Write what the problem is, the citizen's name and their mobile number: updates go to that number on WhatsApp.

Add up to 3 photos if you have them, and press Log complaint.

Give the citizen the complaint number shown. They can follow it on the citizen portal with their mobile number.
