Deadlines and notifications
What happens when a complaint is late, and the notifications that tell you.
Each complaint category has a deadline, counted from when the complaint was received (for example 48 hours).
- When the deadline passes, the complaint becomes Overdue and the GP's Officers are notified.
- If it is still open after the Block's grace period, the BDO and Block Admin are notified too.
Notifications
The bell at the top shows how many notifications you have not read. Notifications lists them: new complaints for your GP, complaints assigned to you, and late ones. Press Mark all as read when you have seen them.
