Report a problem
Tell your GP about garbage not collected, burning or dumping, with photos, and get a complaint number.
On the home page press Report a problem. Sign in if asked.
Under What is the problem?, choose what is wrong. Choose your GP and ward, or Not sure: then describe the place under Landmark or place so the Block can send it to the right GP.
Describe the problem. Add up to 3 photos: they help the GP find and fix it.
Press Send complaint.
You get a complaint number, for example SBJ1-C-26-000005. Keep it. The page shows by when the GP is expected
to act, and updates come on WhatsApp.
The problem came back?
Open the closed complaint and press It happened again. The GP sees that it is the same place.
