Register your home or shop
Get your home or shop on your GP's collection list.
Registered homes and shops are on the GP's collection list. The GP's approver checks each registration.
On the home page press Register home or shop.
Type: a home (a family's house) or a shop or establishment (shop, hotel, school, office, market stall).
Where: your GP and ward. Not sure of the ward? Ask a neighbour or your GP office.
Details: the name (head of the family, or the shop's name), mobile number and address with a landmark.
Check everything and press Send registration.
You get a registration number, and a WhatsApp message when it is approved.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Waiting for approval | Your GP's approver will check it, usually within a few days. |
| Approved | Your GP will collect waste from you. |
| Needs a correction | Something needs fixing: see Fix a registration. |
| Not approved | Not approved. The reason is shown; contact your GP office for help. |
Something changed (new phone number, moved house)? Open the registration and use Something has changed?. Your registration stays as it is until the GP approves the change.
