GPs and wards

Add the Block's Gram Panchayats and their wards, one by one or from a CSV file.

GPs and wards lists every GP with its number of wards and status.

  • Add a GP: Add GP: its name in English (and Bengali and Hindi, so people using those languages see it in their own) and the number of wards.
  • Import many: Import takes a CSV file with the columns name_en, name_bn, name_hi, wards. SWM checks every row first and imports only when all are ready.
  • More wards: open the ward count of a GP and use Add wards. Wards are numbered in order.
  • Rename or deactivate: Edit. An inactive GP keeps its history but cannot be chosen for new records.
