1. 1Truck arrives: Receive → open the consignment, enter what you counted. Explain any difference.
2. 2Processing: Process → input, outputs and rejects. Loss is calculated.
3. 3Sold or sent to a partner: Home → Send or sell processed waste. Add the amount for a sale.
4. 4Rejects thrown away: on the same screen, as discarded.
5. 5At least every 45 days: Home → Finalise period. Count the stock and explain differences.

Truck not in the list? Use “Truck arrived but not listed?” and the reference on the slip.

1. 1ট্রাক এলে: গ্রহণ → চালান খুলে যা গুনলেন লিখুন। পার্থক্য হলে কারণ লিখুন।
2. 2প্রক্রিয়াকরণ: প্রক্রিয়া → উপকরণ, সামগ্রী ও রিজেক্ট। ক্ষয় নিজে হিসাব হয়।
3. 3পার্টনারকে বিক্রি বা পাঠানো: প্রথম পর্দা → প্রক্রিয়াকৃত বর্জ্য পাঠান বা বিক্রি করুন। বিক্রির টাকা লিখুন।
4. 4ফেলে দেওয়া রিজেক্ট: একই পর্দায়, ফেলে দেওয়া হিসেবে।
5. 5অন্তত ৪৫ দিনে একবার: প্রথম পর্দা → সময়কাল চূড়ান্ত করুন। মজুত গুনে পার্থক্যের কারণ লিখুন।

ট্রাক তালিকায় নেই? “গাড়ি এসেছে কিন্তু তালিকায় নেই?” আর স্লিপের রেফারেন্স ব্যবহার করুন।
