1. 1অভিযোগ → আমাকে দেওয়া: আপনার কাজ, পুরনোগুলি আগে।
2. 2কাজ শুরু করলে “কাজ শুরু করুন”; শেষ হলে “সমাধান হয়েছে চিহ্নিত করুন”, কী করলেন লিখে।
3. 3শ্রেণিতে ছবি লাগলে ছবি দিন: অভিযোগ নিজে বন্ধ হয়।
4. 4নতুন বাড়ি বা দোকান: নিবন্ধন → নিবন্ধন যোগ করুন।

ওপরের ঘণ্টায় আপনাকে দেওয়া নতুন অভিযোগ দেখায়।

1. 1Complaints → Assigned to me: the work given to you, oldest first.
2. 2Start work when you begin; Mark resolved when done, saying what you did.
3. 3If the category needs a photo, add it: the complaint closes by itself.
4. 4New household or shop: Registry → Add registration.

The bell at the top shows new complaints given to you.
